We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new online learning platform – the Optimal Academy.
The academy offers on-demand courses and webinars to help you master each Optimal Workshop tool effectively and further build your expertise in Information Architecture (IA) and User Experience (UX). We have crafted a learning experience to cater to both beginners and experts, ensuring that everyone can benefit from our courses and webinars on a broad range of UX topics.
What courses are available now?
Card sorting with OptimalSort
This course covers everything from the different types of card sorts available, how to set up, deliver and analyse your card sorts to ensure any information is created with your users in mind.
Qualitative research with Reframer
In this course, you’ll learn how to use Reframer for conducting interviews, set yourself and your team up to capture and group observations and use the powerful segmentation and tagging functions to uncover those juicy insights.

The academy will continue growing with new courses launching monthly. Next up is tree testing with Treejack, where you will learn how to set up a tree test following best practices and analyze the results like a pro. Our Optimal Workshop Certification is also close, so stay tuned 🥳.
How do I access the Optimal Academy?
From your Optimal Workshop account, go to the Dashboard. You will find a new Optimal Academy menu with courses to select on the right hand side. There is also a link to the academy from the resources section of our website.
